Your role – Are you ready for a challenge?

We are looking for an experienced manager to lead our Dealing Team activities and manage the team members.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our day-to-day dealing activities arising from our distribution channels (partners and IFA's) and to be executed by our custodian banks, ensuring regulatory and internal policy compliance and providing effective leadership and coaching to the team members.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Organise and coordinate within the team that all dealing instructions received from external parties are properly assigned and processed by each team member,

• Ensure that dealing instructions received are in line with the investment strategy & investment compliance rules,

• Transmit in a timely and quality manner all dealing instructions to the relevant custodian bank,

• Ensure that dealing instructions are accurately executed and settled by the custodian banks,

• Perform the four-eyes check on the dealing instructions prior to transmission to custodian banks,

• Follow internal procedures, industry rules and regulations,

• Instruct cash management deals according to specific agreements,

• Answer day-to-day queries from partners and others queries linked to dealing instructions (e-mail and telephone),

• Handle day to day activities of the outsourced internal collective funds,

• Manage the team members, providing daily supervision, guidance and performance feedback,

• Set performance objectives, conduct regular performance reviews and support career development of team members,

• Foster within the team a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning and compliance,

• Identify training needs for each team members with the objective to enhance the team’s capabilities.

Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our Dealing Manager?

• Graduation from University or Business School, preferably in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Banking or similar field,

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position, with at least 2-3 years in the supervisory or managerial role,

• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams,

• Excellent analytical, decision-making and communication skills to interact directly with external parties in a professional manner (emails, phone),

• Excellent organisational skills with a methodical approach,

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and high-stakes environment,

• Strong understanding of financial markets,

• Demonstrate agility to use and to adapt to a variety of different systems,

• Ability to work also autonomously and show strong team spirit on a daily basis.
