ROLE OVERVIEW
Supply Wisdom is inviting applications from eligible internal employees for the role of Team Leader within the Operations team. The Team Leader will oversee a team of Senior Research Analysts (SRAs) and Research Analysts, drive quality and delivery standards, and act as a mentor and first point of escalation for the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and guide the day-to-day work of the assigned Operations team, ensuring quality, timeliness, and accuracy of deliverables.
• Mentor and coach SRAs and Research Analysts, supporting their skill development and career progression.
• Allocate work, monitor productivity, and manage escalations within the team.
• Conduct quality reviews and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
• Partner with the Operations Manager on capacity planning, performance reviews, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure timely completion of work
• Ensure adherence to Supply Wisdom's data handling, confidentiality, and quality standards.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria to be considered:
• Minimum of 6 months completed tenure as a Senior Research Analyst (SRA) within the Operations team.
• Consistent “Meets” or higher rating in the most recent performance review cycle.
• No active disciplinary action or performance improvement plan (PIP) at the time of application.
• Demonstrated proven skill set in mentoring and developing junior team members (e.g., prior buddy/mentor assignments, training delivery, or peer coaching).
• Strong working knowledge of Operations team processes, tools, and client deliverable standards.
• Meets all other standard eligibility requirements applicable to internal moves within the Operations team, as defined by HR/Operations policy.
DESIRED SKILLS
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Sound judgment in prioritization, escalation handling, and quality decision-making.
• Familiarity with Supply Wisdom's risk intelligence and research methodology.
• Basic people-management exposure (formal or informal) is an advantage.
