Are you a Res 3 or higher, currently competent Plan Processor/Building Surveyor with 3+ years' experience?
A Designer with 5+ years experience designing complex, multi unit and residential projects in Auckland?

We are looking for experienced Plan Processors and Designers who can demonstrate experience working on complex residential homes, multi units and terrace house developments.
All applicants must have a Reg 18 Qualification. (NZ Diploma or Degree in Construction related field)
What you will bring:
• The ability to communicate with customers clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• A proven track record of going the extra mile for customers
• Advanced current working knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code and Building Act
• A NZ tertiary qualification in architecture/drafting, building surveying or construction (Reg18 compliant qualification)
• Good computer knowledge, working with AI is an advantage.
