Reports To: Supervisors, Managers, Directors, Partners
Responsibilities
• Participating in and assuming in-charge responsibilities for audits, reviews and compilations
• Experience supervising less experienced staff
• Directly corresponding and communicating with the clients
• Due date responsibilities
Areas of Concentration
• Enhance efficiency and effectiveness on engagements during planning
• Developing technical knowledge to perform in-charge responsibilities
• Researches and proposes resolution to technical A&A matters
• Assisting to develop additional services for current clients
• Developing contacts through networking and community involvement and maintaining contacts for referral use
• Assisting with firm recruiting efforts as needed
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university
• CPA license preferred
• 2 years public accounting experience
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
• Critical thinking skills
• Effective leader of team members
• Strong organization skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize, while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
