Job Description:
Risk Account Managers oversee the daily risk communication with the merchants and are representing Nuvei towards them. This is a junior role. As a Risk Account Manager, you will be answering merchants’ requests in the shortest SLA possible, communicate with Risk Teams (Fraud Prevention and Risk Monitoring, Credit Risk, Dispute Specialists and BI/Conversion Data Analysts) to resolve and respond to the merchant requests (Fraud investigations, Approval ratio, 3D settings etc.) and configure suggested rules per Risk Teams’ suggestion within the back office.
The Risk Account Manager is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 until 18:00 (GMT+2).
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Addressing the merchants' queries/requests to the Risk Teams and back to the merchant in the shortest SLA possibleResolving daily matters with the merchants - informing of risk issues, aiding with credits and refundsNotifying merchants for Internal escalations from the Risk TeamsCommunication with merchants - calls/emailsMonitoring of supervised accounts (accounts assigned with a Dedicated Risk Account Manager)Requirements
Professional experience in risk identification and monitoringIdeally have worked in a support function rolePreviously worked in a Payment/iGaming/Sports betting/eCommerce/SaaS Knowledge of risk assessment modelsFluency in English Computer skillsStrong analytical skillsTeamwork spirit and ability to keep deadlines.University degree (preferably in Finance or Economics)Benefits
