About this role
As a Workplace Mental Health Consultant, you will serve as a deeply embedded clinical partner within Citi, a global financial services leader. This is a unique opportunity to move beyond the isolation of traditional private practice and join an onsite team of dedicated clinical colleagues. In this collaborative environment, you’ll provide a full spectrum of support, from individual therapy and team trainings to strategic consultations for People Leaders and critical incident response. Reporting to a Spring Health Clinical Manager, you will leverage a rare, team-based approach to drive mental health strategy across a high-performing workforce.
What you’ll be doing:
Provide consultation and support to managers, people teams, and members that enhances employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness onsite at the customer location in Florence, KY on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Collaborate within a unique clinical team of onsite providers to discuss best practices and navigate complex organizational cases
Engage in regular team touchpoints that provide the professional community and collective expertise often missing in private practice
Assess for risk and manage organizational crises by providing in-the-moment support, triage, and safety planning
Offer strategic consultations to people leaders and human resources partners to enhance employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness
Develop an expert-level understanding of the internal benefit ecosystem to provide seamless resource navigation and referrals for members
Proactively build trusting relationships with local stakeholders to execute tailored mental health action plans for your specific site
Coordinate and deliver critical incident response support and tailored mental health training sessions
Monitor workplace data and trends to identify strategic insights and recommend targeted mental health interventions
Represent the program at benefit promotion events to increase awareness and engagement across the organization
Manage the formal referral process for employees according to established guidelines to ensure appropriate placement and care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while following all policies regarding confidentiality and ethical standards
Identify and resolve barriers to care to ensure a frictionless experience for all members
Participate in regular case reviews and internal clinical meetings to ensure a unified approach to care delivery
Communicate regularly with local points of contact to identify and escalate site needs to the broader clinical leadership team
What we expect from you:
You have an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in KY and OH (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.). We are not able to accept applications from anyone requiring licensed supervision.
You have a minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience with at least 1 year experience as an independently licensed clinician.
You have training and experience in delivering management consultation, critical incident response, and training presentations.
Strong technology proficiency and telehealth competency, with experience using Zendesk, Slack, Google Suite products, and related platforms.
You have training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care, including short-term, solution-focused therapy
You are comfortable with providing safety planning and intervention during situations where a client might present with higher risks.
You are committed to high quality documentation of service delivery that is completed in a timely manner
You like working independently, but would also enjoy having the support of a team and opportunities for connections and collaboration with other providers and our master’s level clinical care navigators.

Required to have at home WiFi and a personal device that connects to the WiFi to support the need for 2FA set up.
Maintain a strong onsite presence and accessibility to reduce stigma and encourage early help-seeking behavior.
Confidently support managers overseeing teams with practical guidance on morale, burnout, and performance-related stress.
Recognize and address compassion fatigue, secondary trauma, and emotional exhaustion common in high-demand, customer-facing roles.
Provide de-escalation support during high-stress incidents and deliver stabilization guidance during peak demand periods.
The target hourly range for this role is $70-91. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
