Requirements: Proven, active track record in continuous improvement or structured process optimisation.Practical hands-on experience using Lean frameworks and methodologies to eliminate operational waste.Direct, hands-on experience with the Sales & Distribution module in SAP S/4HANA to support system testing or system updates.Deep understanding of complex sales and distribution and order-to-cash workflows.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence working with operational data, performance metrics, and technical software changes.Proactive, collaborative communication style with strong attention to detail, relationship-building ability, and personal ownership of project delivery.No specific degree is required; proven process optimisation capability and mandatory systems experience are most important.Must satisfy pre-employment screening requirements in line with BPSS.Must satisfy ITAR eligibility requirements due to access to information governed by U.S. Export Control Laws. Responsibilities: Review, evaluate, and optimise core Sales & Distribution processes, including order entry, contract pricing, global delivery setups, and billing mechanisms.Gather, define, and document business requirements to support system changes in SAP S/4HANA.Manage User Acceptance Testing, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate go-live readiness.Orchestrate departmental improvement activities, including end-to-end process mapping, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving sessions.Deliver sustainable operational changes that improve supply chain efficiency, record accuracy, and customer performance metrics such as cycle times and On-Time, In-Full delivery.Track project successes, process gaps, and system backlogs by building and maintaining operational KPIs and digital dashboards.Collaborate daily across Sales, Logistics, Finance, and IT to identify bottlenecks, align workflows, and remove functional silos.Author, maintain, and publish procedures, standard operating instructions, and master process maps to keep alignment with SAP upgrades and operational changes.
