Salary: £35,000 - 75,000 per year
Requirements: 10+ years of SAP consulting experience.Proven leadership of SAP Data Migration workstreams on large-scale transformations.Expertise in SNP CrystalBridge/Selective Data Transition or SAP DMLT methodologies and tools.Strong understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA data models.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and program leadership skills.Experience with both SNP and SAP DMLT is preferred.SAP S/4HANA certifications are preferred.Experience delivering global transformation programs is preferred. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end SAP Data Migration workstreams across S/4HANA implementations, conversions, and transformation programs.Define migration strategy, governance, data quality, testing, reconciliation, and cutover plans.Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior business and IT stakeholders.Lead and mentor cross-functional teams while ensuring successful project delivery.Support business development activities, proposals, and solution design.
