Requirements: Proven experience as a service designer within public-sector projects.Strong knowledge of user-centred design and agile delivery.Experience working with the GDS Service Standard and assessment process. We are hiring a Service Designer on a contract basis at £450 per day inside IR35. We work closely with cross-functional teams including users, researchers, product managers, developers, and policy teams, and focus on delivering accessible, user-centred public-sector services.
