Salary: £70,000 - 110,000 per year
Requirements: We have operational payroll experience.We have built expertise in SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors.We have experience in SAP Payroll configuration, including PCRs and Schemas.We have experience in SAP Payroll implementation, optimisation or support.We have experience with UK payroll operations, legislation and compliance.We have client-facing consulting or stakeholder management experience.We have built a solid operational payroll career before moving into consulting roles with SAP or SuccessFactors payroll vendors or partners.We understand the practical realities of payroll, legislation and compliance.We have strong technical capability.We are naturally curious, enjoy solving problems, and are confident working directly with clients.We have practical experience, commercial awareness and strong communication skills. Responsibilities: We deliver projects across a broad portfolio of clients in both the public and private sectors.We work across a variety of clients, projects and industries.We support and optimise SAP Payroll, SAP HR and SAP Time solutions.We collaborate with experienced SAP Payroll specialists on client projects.We challenge clients constructively when needed and focus on delivering the right outcomes.We contribute to consulting engagements with SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors and related functional specialisms.
