Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements: Numerous years of experience in physical security, logistics security, or operational risk management within supply chain or warehouse environments.Strong knowledge of TAPA and CTPAT standards, physical security technologies, and facility protection measures.Proven ability in managing third-party vendor relationships and leading complex incident investigations.A BA/BS degree or professional security certification such as CPP or PSP is preferred. Responsibilities: Oversee site security programs by conducting operational risk assessments across warehouses and distribution centres and designing tailored security protocols.Manage guard service vendors by directing third-party guard providers, handling contract performance, compliance obligations, and service delivery across assigned facilities.Optimise physical security infrastructure by collaborating with Global Real Estate and system integrators to deploy and maintain access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems.Lead incident response and investigations by coordinating root cause analyses for theft, loss, or security breaches and implementing preventive actions and loss prevention controls.Drive operational compliance and expansion by ensuring adherence to TAPA and CTPAT standards, tracking key performance metrics, and supporting security integration for new facility launches.
