Salary: £53,000 - 93,000 per year
Requirements: We have 4+ years of design and agency experience.We have experience leading projects from concept to completion, from sketched wireframes to eCommerce experiences.We have experience delivering high quality designs across different devices such as mobile, tablet and desktop.We are proficient in Figma.We can take a clients brief and business problems, ask the right questions, gain understanding, synthesise and communicate research findings, and iterate towards solutions.We can work in a fast-paced delivery environment while making effective decisions, sometimes within tight time constraints.We have experience designing for accessibility.We have experience working with design systems and frameworks. Responsibilities: We create high quality designs and solutions based on user needs and design principles.We advocate for user-centric design and design thinking.We help guide others in design.We learn about new design patterns and approaches while collaborating with talented colleagues.We contribute to projects across the full design process.
