Salary: £30,000 - 60,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or senior technical leadExperience with multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, or custom applicationsDeep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server), CMDB, and data modellingExperience delivering complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementationsStrong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholdersComfortable working remotely with occasional travel Responsibilities: Act as the technical authority for ServiceNow implementations across multiple projectsDesign end-to-end ServiceNow architectures, with a strong focus on HRSD and CSM, as well as additional modulesTranslate business and functional requirements into technical designs and solution architecturesDefine integration approaches, data models, security, and performance considerationsProvide hands-on technical guidance to development and delivery teamsEnsure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices, platform standards, and future scalabilityParticipate in client workshops, technical discussions, and design reviewsSupport pre-sales activities where required, including technical input, solution validation, and estimationsStay current with ServiceNow releases, capabilities, and architectural patterns Technologies: APIArchitectCMDBSupportJavaScriptRESTSOAPSecurityServiceNow More:
We are supporting an established organisation in their search for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions for enterprise customers. This is a full-time role based in the United Kingdom, with occasional client and internal travel.
