Salary: £48,000 - 88,000 per year
Requirements: We have more than 15 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in digital transformation and architecture.We have personally led and delivered one or more successful digital transformation programs of more than $10M with tangible business outcomes.We have experience as a Chief Architect or Digital Architecture Lead, including leading and mentoring teams of architects on large programs.We have technology breadth across experience, architecture, analytics, cloud, and security, with depth in one or more of these areas.We have a strong understanding of digital transformation in one or more industries, with banking preferred.We understand how AI is shaping industries and accelerating digital transformation journeys.We have very strong communication and articulation skills across CXO, management, and developer audiences.We have experience with rough-order-of-magnitude estimation and costing, including high-level TCO for large programs.We have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, initiative, flexibility, customer orientation, networking capability, and entrepreneurship.We can work in large teams, lead from the front, identify conflicts, and resolve them proactively.We are able to bring the OneInfosys spirit to the client.We have a good understanding of EA frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman, and have applied one or more in practice.We have good exposure to products, platforms, and leading open-source technologies relevant to digital transformation.We can work as part of a cross-cultural team and support multiple time zones when needed. Responsibilities: We define and deliver next-generation digital transformation initiatives for leading global organizations.We work closely with sales and delivery teams to drive solutions for large and complex programs.We participate in the presales stage by advising on best-fit technologies, products, and platforms.We develop future-state enterprise and technical architectures.We provide technology leadership and governance for program delivery.We identify technology big bets, develop solution propositions, prototype them, and take them to market.We network and collaborate with CDOs and other digital and business leaders of client organizations.We develop viewpoints on industry and digital technology trends affecting enterprises.We publish viewpoints for industry consumption and speak in industry and partner forums.We lead, guide, and align architects across multiple domains internally and within customer organizations.We review detailed designs, code, configurations, and data models, and provide input to architects and developers.
