Salary: £39,000 - 79,000 per year
Requirements: Extensive experience delivering large-scale digital transformation operating models, ideally within a complex government or public sector environment.Proficiency in prototyping and co-design techniques, with a focus on business outcomes over rigid adherence to specific architectural frameworks.Proven ability to engage senior, non-technical stakeholders and communicate clearly without relying on technical jargon.Ability to enter a high-ambiguity environment, extract information rapidly, and convert it into a structured plan within weeks, not months.Strong resilience and agility, with the ability to stay focused on the business problem in a chaotic or unclear environment.
