Salary: £58,000 - 75,000 per year
Requirements: 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, specifically Payroll and Workforce CompensationDeep understanding of payroll processing, element design, fast formulas, retro-pay, and payroll taxation/complianceDemonstrated experience configuring merit cycles, bonus plans, budget pools, and compensation sheetsStrong knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Data Loader (HDL), and Payroll Flow SecurityOracle Cloud HCM, Payroll, or Compensation certifications are a strong plusExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to bridge technical and business requirements Responsibilities: Lead full-lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and enhancements for Oracle Cloud Payroll and Oracle Workforce CompensationFacilitate workshops to capture business processes, configuration requirements, and local payroll compliance rulesConfigure elements, fast formulas, balance definitions, payroll flows, compensation plans, eligibility profiles, and cyclesPrepare test scripts, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support parallel payroll runs, and resolve go-live issuesCollaborate with technical teams on integrations such as time and labor, general ledger, and third-party benefits, as well as custom OTBI and BI Publisher reportsAct as a trusted advisor to HR Operations, Payroll Directors, and business leaders Technologies: CloudFlowSupportOracleSecurity More:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll and Compensation specialist to support end-to-end implementations, optimizations, and support for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, with a strong focus on Payroll and Workforce Compensation. In this role, we work closely with business stakeholders and HR/Payroll teams to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
