Salary: £68,000 - 108,000 per year
Requirements: Active security clearance, or eligibility to reactivate an expired clearance, or eligibility to obtain security clearance10+ years of IT experience within the telecom domain across SDLC phases including design, development, and solution delivery5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and architecting BMC Helix / BMC Remedy ITSM solutions including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and DiscoveryStrong prior experience as a BMC Helix Technical Lead or Solution Architect, preferably supporting Tier 1 or Tier 2 telecom service providersExpertise in CMDB architecture, service modeling, data governance, reconciliation, normalization, and integration with OSS/BSS systemsHands-on experience with BMC Helix ITOM, including Event Management, Discovery, Integration Service, and automation workflowsExtensive experience designing and developing solutions using Helix Innovation Studio, codeless applications, custom objects, and data modelsStrong understanding of BMC AR System architecture, workflow customization, forms, filters, escalations, and APIsHands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations, webhooks, and building robust data interfaces with telecom IT systemsHands-on experience with cloud deployments of BMC Helix on AWS or Azure, and understanding of SaaS security and compliance frameworks Responsibilities: Deliver new business requirements by maximizing out-of-the-box Helix capabilities and introducing customizations only when necessaryDefine technical standards and development guidelines, and ensure the team aligns with approved Helix architecture patternsEnsure the quality, performance, and scalability of BMC Helix solutions delivered by the development teamDebug and resolve issues across SIT, UAT, and Production by analyzing AR System logs, API traces, CMDB data, and platform diagnosticsDevelop automation, utilities, and deployment tools to improve team productivity and delivery efficiencyEngage with telecom technology and architecture teams in governance forums to ensure alignment with enterprise technology strategy Technologies: APIAWSArchitectAzureCloudCMDBITSMOSSRESTSOAPSecurityDevOps More:
