We are recruiting for a Product Manager to join a leading UK insurance organisation and help improve the way customers, advisers and brokers access support. The business receives 100,000 calls every month, creating a significant opportunity to improve customer journeys, increase self-service and reduce unnecessary calls. This is a strategic Product Manager role, with around 80% Product Management and 20% Product Ownership. We are offering a hybrid working arrangement in Stockport with 2 days per week in the office, a salary of up to £65,000, plus a 16% bonus and benefits. The role is focused on looking 12 to 18 months ahead, owning our product strategy and roadmap, and driving meaningful business change.
