Requirements: Previous experience within IT deployment, desktop support, or field engineering.Strong hardware installation and troubleshooting skills.Excellent customer service and communication abilities.Ability to work independently across customer environments.Flexible approach to travel and site-based working.Access NI Basic vetting required. This is a field-based role based at Knockbracken Healthcare Park in Belfast, supporting healthcare customers and contributing to an important technology transformation programme.
