Responsibilities: We will configure and install network hardware including switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.We will assist with basic cybersecurity monitoring tasks, such as reviewing alerts or updating security software.We will learn to use AI-driven tools to automate routine IT support tasks and analyse system performance.We will monitor and review network infrastructure to help ensure effective operational uptime and network performance.We will create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams outlining network architecture and procedures.We will provide technical support to localised IT teams and assist with network-related inquiries.We will respond to security incidents to help ensure the integrity of the network.We will support the setup and maintenance of smart office technologies such as connected meeting rooms, digital signage, and automated systems.We will contribute to testing and troubleshooting smart devices or AI-powered applications used within the company.
