Requirements: Significant experience delivering user research within digital transformation or service improvement programmes.Strong public sector or government experience is essential.Excellent understanding of GDS principles, Service Standards, and user-centred design.Experience delivering a range of qualitative research methods.Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.Experience working within multidisciplinary Agile teams.Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design. Responsibilities: Lead user research across Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live phases.Plan and conduct interviews, usability testing, workshops, and contextual research.Synthesise research findings into actionable insights and recommendations.Support product, service, and delivery decisions through evidence-based research.Work closely with multidisciplinary Agile teams.
