Salary: £43,500 - 73,500 per year
Requirements: Proven hands-on experience with SysPro ERP.Strong background in manufacturing environments.Experience delivering ERP implementations, upgrades, and multi-site rollouts.Ability to manage and coordinate development resources.Strong stakeholder engagement and project leadership skills.Strong ERP backgrounds such as SAP may be considered if you have the right technical capability, although SysPro expertise is highly desirable. Responsibilities: Take ownership of our ongoing SysPro ERP implementation and rollout programme.Provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise across the ERP environment.Lead the remaining site rollouts through to completion.Take control of the programme and ensure successful delivery of the ERP transformation.Direct and coordinate development resources, including internal and offshore teams.Work closely with manufacturing stakeholders who are supporting the project. We are an organisation that has recently gone live with SysPro ERP and is continuing a business-critical transformation programme. We have successfully completed deployments across 2 sites, with 10 additional sites still to be rolled out. Our current team includes 2 internal developers, an offshore development and support team based in South Africa, and manufacturing team members who are supporting the project. This is an urgent contract opportunity, requiring 5 days per week onsite, for an experienced ERP specialist to take ownership of the remaining implementation and rollout work.
