Salary: £85,000 - 85,000 per year
Requirements: Deep hands-on experience with Elite 3E IDE (2.7).Strong skills in VB.NET, .NET Framework, XML, XSLT, and XPath.Solid understanding of MS Fabric and medallion architecture.Proficiency with SQL Server and T-SQL.Experience with Azure DevOps.Power Platform experience, including Power BI, Power Apps, Logic Apps, and Power Automate, is a major plus.Elite 3E Templates and Design Gallery experience is highly advantageous.MS SQL Reporting Services experience is beneficial.Background in finance or legal environments is helpful.Strong analytical mindset and ability to diagnose complex issues.High attention to detail, quality-driven approach, and ability to stay calm under pressure.Collaborative communicator who shares knowledge openly.Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. Responsibilities: Lead in-house customisation and development of Elite 3E.Build scalable, performant solutions using VB.NET, SQL, XML, XSLT, and XPath.Partner with Business Analysts and functional experts to turn requirements into technical designs.Guide technical discussions and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.Identify risks early and design resilient, future-proof solutions.Produce clean, structured, reusable code aligned with best-practice standards.Champion continuous improvement and modern engineering approaches.Support colleagues across our global finance group with technical expertise.Work directly with Elite and other vendors to deliver and troubleshoot 3E solutions.
