Responsibilities: We will provide first-line IT support to users and respond to day-to-day technical queries.We will set up, configure and deploy laptops and Windows 11 devices.We will support users with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.We will assist with passwords, user accounts and two-factor authentication.We will troubleshoot everyday issues involving printing, Wi-Fi, peripherals, logins and desktop hardware.We will provide patient, practical support and basic guidance to users with differing levels of technical confidence.We will support users both in person and remotely where required. We are working with an established organisation in the Pickering area to recruit a friendly, proactive and hands-on IT Support Technician for a part-time temporary role of approximately 8 weeks. The position is 25 hours per week and offers a varied opportunity to make an immediate impact within a small IT team. Some flexibility around working hours may occasionally be required, and travel between local sites may be necessary.
