Requirements: We need experience in cyber security operations.We need a strong technical understanding of modern security tooling and threat detection principles.Certifications are highly desirable, including CompTIA Security+.Certifications are highly desirable, including GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) or GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA).Certifications are highly desirable, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Responsibilities: We implement and maintain security technologies including SIEM, endpoint protection, identity security and vulnerability management tools.We configure, optimise and manage security platforms to ensure effective monitoring and protection.We develop and maintain log ingestion pipelines and security telemetry across infrastructure and applications.We integrate security tools across cloud and on-premise environments.We develop, tune and enhance detection rules to identify suspicious activity across networks, systems and user behaviour.We monitor security alerts and investigate potential threats and anomalies.We establish and improve incident response, triage and remediation processes.
