We are supporting a consultancy in the public sector looking for a Back-End Developer to help build, scale, and maintain backend services underpinning citizen-facing and internal systems. This is a hands-on engineering role with real ownership over infrastructure as well as code, so you will be just as comfortable in Terraform and AWS as you are writing TypeScript. The role is mostly remote, with one day a month in Leeds for team collaboration and planning. The contract is inside IR35, with a rate of £500/day and a duration until March 2027.
