About this role

Salary: £24,000 - 52,000 per year

Requirements: We are looking for someone with a strong interest in edge devices and embedded systems, low-level software development, and hardware integration.Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a hands-on mindset are important to us.You should be reliable, curious, and ready to deal with problems and get them solved.You do not need formal experience working in software, but you should be able to demonstrate your interest through a personal project or similar activity.You might have built a home automation controller, a robot, a data logger, or similar using microcontrollers, Arduino, Pi, or another relevant platform.You should have some familiarity with at least one general-purpose programming language.Successful applicants will be required to pass a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check. Responsibilities: We will have you help create and test software and firmware within a skilled team.We will support you in learning a range of current and new technologies from experienced software and hardware engineers.You will take on increasing responsibility for elements of each project as you continue to prove yourself.You will spend time developing, integrating, and testing embedded applications with a wide range of hardware under the supervision and guidance of senior engineers.You will contribute ideas to both the business development and social side of our company.
