We are a Staffordshire-based Managed Service Provider delivering IT support, cybersecurity, and telecoms to small and medium businesses across the region. We handle everything from day-to-day helpdesk queries to full infrastructure projects, and we pride ourselves on being the IT partner our clients want to work with. This is a junior, entry-level hybrid role based in Cannock / West Midlands, with regular travel across the West Midlands and Staffordshire. We offer full training and mentoring from experienced engineers, support toward industry certifications, a small close-knit team where your work is visible and valued, mileage covered for client site travel, a salary of £23,000–£26,000 depending on experience, and 20 days holiday plus 8 UK bank holidays and your birthday off if it falls on a weekday.
