Salary: £31,000 - 71,000 per year
Requirements: We have significant experience leading data delivery within ERP transformation programmes.We have proven experience leading data workstreams, including data migration, governance, cleansing and business readiness activities in a manufacturing, FMCG or consumer packaged goods environment.We have strong knowledge of data governance, master data standards and data quality controls.We have experience working with enterprise ERP platforms and data migration tools; Infor M3 and Infor Data Management experience is highly advantageous.We have a strong understanding of ERP data structures, ETL processes, SQL and reporting tools such as Power BI.We have the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead multiple cross-functional workstreams.We have a degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.We have experience in complex business environments where data accuracy is critical to operational success.DAMA Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) qualification is highly desirable.PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or a similar project management qualification would be advantageous.Experience within manufacturing, FMCG or consumer packaged goods organisations is preferred. Responsibilities: We lead the non-financial data workstream across our ERP transformation programme.We define and deliver the data strategy for manufacturing, supply chain, operations and customer data.We drive data governance, quality and migration activities.We lead data cleansing, validation, mapping and migration activities.We establish governance frameworks, data standards and controls to ensure data accuracy and integrity.We build strong relationships across our business and the wider programme.We partner with business leaders, functional teams, subject matter experts and Group stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve issues, communicate progress and drive delivery.We provide leadership across multiple data workstreams.We coordinate cross-functional activities, prioritise dependencies, manage risks and issues, and support accountability and collaboration.We support ERP integration and future data capability by working with technical teams on data architecture, master data management, system integration and best practice data management approaches.
