Requirements: We require strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC); both skills are mandatory.We need extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.We expect experience in stakeholder management.We are looking for someone who can lead workshops and design scalable solutions.We need a candidate with the ability to mentor consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
