Partime Night Receptionist for Copenhagen Marriott Hotel 13. august 2026 - 30. september 2026 Are you a natural host who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working independently? We are looking for a Night Receptionist to join our Front Office team on a seasonal part-time contract Your Responsibilities Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area Answer phone calls and direct inquiries Process payments and night audit procedures Monitor hotel security systems and handle incidents professionally Prepare nightly reports and handovers for management Support administrative tasks and maintain a tidy reception area Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational procedures About You Calm and professional under pressure Service-minded, outgoing, and proactive Able to work independently and make sound decisions Team player who enjoys collaborating across departments Experience with Opera PMS is an advantage Knowledge of MARSHA and a valid driver's license are a plus Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage We offer a seasonal part-time position of 26 hours per week ending 31 October 2026 , providing an excellent opportunity to gain experience in an international hotel environment.
