A fast-growing communication company serving more than 20,000 church leaders across the United States and Canada is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join its expanding team. The organization builds simple, effective tools that help churches connect with their communities, follow up with guests, and engage their members.
The Senior UI/UX Designer will drive key design initiatives, develop intuitive user experiences, and maintain consistency across the product suite. The role requires strong Figma expertise, experience managing end-to-end product workflows, and a collaborative approach with product, development, and customer-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, support, and leadership to shape great user experiencesTranslate problems and insights into clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designsBuild and maintain a scalable design system using FigmaRapidly concept, iterate, and test interactive prototypes for new featuresPresent work clearly, accept feedback with humility, and iterate quicklyPartner with developers to ensure designs are implemented with high fidelityConduct usability tests and synthesize insights into actionable improvementsAdvocate for design excellence and consistency across all product areasUnderstand customer needs deeply through conversations with church leaders, support teams, and product dataHelp drive product direction with thoughtful, user-centered insightsRequirements
4+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in SaaSStrong proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and design systemsA solid portfolio showcasing web and mobile design workAbility to collaborate well with product and engineering teamsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex workflowsAble to work quickly while still producing high-quality, detailed designsClear communicator who can explain design choices effectivelyUser-focused mindset, designing with empathy for different technical skill levelsSelf-starter who can manage projects from start to finishReliable, distraction-free workspace and stable high-speed internetFull-time availability (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday)
