Providing extra care for the guest and focus on their personal need through the stay, accompany them to experience the best possible stay and help them organizing their holiday. Taking care of the reception and its tasks, check in, check out, money handling and cashiering functions .
Excellent communication skills : able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and staff members.Strong customer service skills: friendly, welcoming, and focused on guest satisfaction.Leadership ability: able to supervise, motivate, and support the front office team members.Problem solving skills: able to handle guest complaints and unexpected situations calmly and effectively.Good knowledge of hotel operations: understanding of check in/check out process, reservations, room allocation, billing, and guest services.Professional appearance and attitude: well-groomed, confident, polite, and approachable.Attention to detail: able to maintain accurate guest records and ensure smooth operations.Multitasking and time management: able to manage several guest requests and front office duties at the same time.Computer skills: comfortable using hotel PMS, reservation systems and email.Language skills: proficient English and, ideally, additional languages to communicate with international guests.Conflict management skills: able to resolve difficult situations while maintaining a positive guest experience.Teamwork and coordination: able to work effectively with housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and management.
