About this role
[What the role is] As a HR Business Partner, you will be part of the team to strategise and execute the tactical plans of NEA’s Strategic Workforce Plan to build a competent and resilient workforce that is aligned to the organisational directions and the external reality. [What you will be working on]
• Plan and manage HR functions to ensure that they are carried out effectively and efficiently • Deliver HR solutions and strategies, such as organisation design, that are aligned to achieve the strategic objectives of the line departments • Partner HR policy teams to develop, implement and evaluate HR policies • Recruit talents through engagement, attraction and outreach • Compile and analyse manpower statistics for reporting and surveys • Attend to HR related requests or queries from external and internal stakeholders • Handle procurement paperwork for HR services and projects • Drive employer branding initiatives and any other ad-hoc projects

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact well with all levels of staff • Able to work independently and collaboratively, with strong drive and dedication • Meticulous, resourceful and highly self-motivated • Proficient in Microsoft office applications with a flair for numbers and statistics • Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment
