[What the role is] You will be part of the Talent Management team responsible for developing our talents to build and retain a proficient and motivated workforce. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact on our people's career development and growth. [What you will be working on] Your key responsibilities include:
• Conceptualising and implementing career fitness and career coaching initiatives, including related resources, to empower officers to take ownership of their careers • Managing secondment and posting initiatives to support officers’ career development and growth • Coordinating the nomination of officers for stretch assignments and projects to broaden career exposure • Supporting talent development initiatives for officers on the specialist track and recommending improvements where appropriate.
[What we are looking for]
• Degree in Human Resource or related discipline, with relevant working experience preferred • Good writing, communication and thinking skills • Able to work effectively within tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities • Able to influence and work effectively with all levels of staff • Able to work well independently and in a team • This a 11-months contract position
