About this role

City/State Virginia Beach, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Insurance Premium Payment Associate

Responds to record and process telephonic payment inquiries. Responsible for taking both initial and ongoing payments for insurance products while maintaining a high level of customer service. Responsible to work in multiple computer programs at a time. Must be able to maintain a high level of service to customers while managing changing volume demands of the call center.

One year customer service experience, computer skills & strong verbal skills required. Collections experience preferred. Must be detailed oriented.

Experience

• High School Diploma • One (1) year of related experience Healthcare Insurance, billing • One (1) year of strong Customer Service experience • Written and Verbal skills --to support customer service goals • Collections experience preferred but not required • Detail oriented
