Job Description: This position is responsible for ensuring quality and service in their restaurant or department.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Promote a positive working environment and lead by example • Ensure quality of hospitality, service, and product • Responsible for scheduling, planning, timing, motivation, and supervision of all employees • Responsible for daily financial controls • Assists with the creation, tracking, and execution of strategies for concept and venue improvement • QUALIFICATIONS:
• Two (2) to four (4) years of restaurant management experience in an upscale, trendy establishment required or a combination of education and/or work experience • Must be able to analyze Food and Beverage data • ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to demonstrate and deliver a high level of service to our guests
• Has strong verbal and written communication skills • Has ability to lead and develop a cohesive outlet team • Strong computer skills include Microsoft Word, Excel, and POS systems. BENEFITS INCLUDE:
