Job Title Logistics Settlement Junior Manager Department Logistics Cost Control Part Time Type Full time Role Summary We are looking for an experienced and motivated Logistics Settlement Junior Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the effective organization and supervision of settlement processes related to logistics services. In this role, you will lead a team, ensure high-quality and timely execution of daily activities, monitor performance, and drive continuous process improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Managing recruitment processes and participating in the selection, implementation, and onboarding of new team members.

• Organizing the team’s workload, including assigning and distributing tasks according to business priorities, employees’ competencies, and current operational needs.

• Supervising the settlement process, including monitoring daily activities, verifying transactions, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.

• Managing AR/AP settlement processes for logistics services and ensuring compliance with applicable procedures and business requirements.

• Monitoring team KPIs and performance, analyzing results, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.

• Supporting employees’ professional development through training, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and day-to-day support.

• Collaborating with operational branches and other business units to coordinate processes, resolve issues, and ensure an efficient flow of information.

• Working closely with the Finance Department on settlements, reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, and financial and operational processes.

• Preparing, analyzing, and reviewing reports related to settlement processes, team performance, and KPIs, as well as reporting key issues and status updates to management.

• Identifying and resolving complex operational issues, including root cause analysis and coordination of corrective actions.

• Initiating and implementing process improvements aimed at increasing settlement efficiency, reducing errors, improving data quality, and optimizing ways of working.

• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and providing required explanations.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport, or a related field, will be appreciated.

• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.

• Previous experience in a similar team leader, supervisory, settlement, finance, or logistics-related role will be appreciated.

• Knowledge of logistics processes, particularly sea and road transport, will be an asset.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
