The Job As a Distributor Network Management Supervisor, you’ll be part of our Sales Operation team. You’ll get to: Distributor Lifecycle & Performance Management ​Oversee​ the end-to-end distributor lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, authorization, annual target setting, in-year target adjustments, and contract renewal. Drive the review and evaluation of annual business policy execution​ to safeguard channel health and ensure sustainable growth.

Commercial Policy Development & Execution Develop and deploy annual business policies, rebate programs, and other related policies across the entire distributor network. Manage A/P plan review, budget control, and DOA approval workflows; oversee quarterly reconciliation and verification to ensure strict policy adherence.

Channel Compliance & MSRP Management Enforce MSRP compliance​ across all channels to mitigate online-offline conflict risks; monitor and analyze online listing exposure for key SKUs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as the primary business partner​ to distributors, articulating corporate strategy while gathering market intelligence to strengthen strategic partnerships. Administer​ distributor agreements and internal approval workflows; act as the operational bridge​ between the sales team and cross-functional departments.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, or Marketing. • 3+ years of experience in channel management, distributor operations, or sales support. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / data tools. • Fluent in both English and Chinese.
