About this role
ITAB Latvia, manufactures, sells, develops, and installs full-service retail concepts, including lighting, furniture, metal shelving systems, checkout counters, self-service systems, and other modern technological solutions. The Latvian team provides the production and installation of retail furniture equipment in more than 30 countries.
We are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist who can proactively manage procurement processes in a manufacturing company, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality supply solutions, fostering strategic supplier partnerships, and optimizing resources to achieve the company’s business objectives. The role includes both managing a procurement category and coordinating the procurement team.
RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience as a procurement specialist in an international manufacturing company.
Experience in wooden furniture manufacturing or a related industry will be considered an advantage.
Ability to proactively plan, manage, and coordinate procurement processes.
A LEAN certificate or knowledge of LEAN principles will be considered an advantage.
Strong analytical mindset and willingness to continuously develop knowledge and skills.
Advanced computer skills, including experience working with ERP systems.
Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written, for cooperation with the company’s international partners and clients.
