Main purpose of the job (max 5): Responsible for continuing improving service level to be the top one in the market as the Technical expert Responsible for meeting the dairy customer’s needs to achieve Achieve high customer satisfaction Primary responsibilities: * Maintain Equipment :Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on VMS milking systems to ensure optimal functionality. Customer Training & Support: Provide on-site training for customers on proper use and maintenance of VMS solutions. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, escalating when necessary Service reporting : Document service activities, maintain accurate records, and provide feedback for product development improvements. Support sales of service contracts and consumables, contribute to achieving budget targets. Education: Min required, for example Comprehensive school, High School, Technical Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree Master’s Degree etc. Bachelor's degree in technical field such as electronic, mechanical, software, experience in Dairy farming and/or agricultural is a additional preferred qualification. Minimum No of years of experience required for external candidates Minimum 3–5 years in equipment automation, maintenance, or technical service roles. Strong knowledge of VMS systems, low-voltage electrical equipment, and troubleshooting techniques Min. Managerial experience or specific skills required: A personality to become an expert, a personal presence to establish themselves as the expert in this field Strong communication skills Proficiency in English (spoken and written) Ability to work independently Familiarity with office software and basic commercial knowledge. Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours
