Your responsibilities This position focuses on preparing product calibrations and answering customer questions regarding the status of their samples. Communication with customers regarding the status of their samples Preparation of samples for microscopy using power equipment like band saws and sanders Use of the PELT gauge, Fischerscope and microscope to perform customer calibrations Preparation and release of pre-assembled certified shims for shipment to customers Processing work orders and entering finished production using ERP system Preparation of calibrations for shipment to customers Testing of new hardware and software Your profile AS degree required. Two years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree. Relevant experience includes experience in a lab environment with regular use of a microscope.
