Brief Role Description As the first point of contact for our customers, the Host creates a premium Porsche experience by delivering exceptional hospitality, supporting marketing activities, and ensuring seamless customer journey management. The role combines customer care, showroom presentation, and brand representation to deliver outstanding service standards in line with Porsche values Possible Tasks within this Role Welcomes customers, handles initial inquiries and directs them to service and sales advisors to ensure a hospitable and professional experience. Manages showroom digital media and online presence according to brand standards. Supports preparation of Porsche marketing activities. Promotes and analyses campaign and event effectiveness. Responsible for proper display of the Porsche Lifestyle collection. Identifies customer wishes and expectations regarding the Porsche Lifestyle collection. Responds professionally and promptly to email inquiries (and other online channels inquiries) in accordance with Porsche standards. Monitors customer satisfaction and records complaints. Uses customer loyalty programs (C@P) and maintains accurate customer and vehicle records. Greets customers at Porsche Service Centre, answers phone calls, provides necessary information, and transfers calls to the appropriate responsible person. Provides direct and proactive customer assistance according to defined processes. Receives and greets all customers courteously and escorts them to the appropriate contact person or Customer Lounge. Responsible for Customer Lounge presentation and appearance. Monitors scheduled service customers, personally welcomes them, offers refreshments, and directs them to the responsible employee. Informs customers about the status of the service process. Creates “Porsche Fascinating Moments” through refreshments, Wi‑Fi access, and Porsche Lifestyle collection presentations. Assists with administrative tasks as required. Supports sales and aftersales teams when needed. Attends all mandatory Porsche training. Acts in compliance with legal, compliance, and integrity guidelines. Performs other tasks assigned by management. Qualification requirements General Requirements University Degree / Education a technical, economic, legal, administrative or similar field) Special Requirements At least 1 year of experience in the automotive sector, luxury retail, luxury hotel concierge services or hosting; customer service experience; German and/or English language skills; excellent MS Office knowledge; Category B driving license.
