QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from an accredited university Minimum of three years of relevant experience in maintenance engineering within industrial or manufacturing environments Proven experience with PLC and industrial automation systems; familiarity with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or equivalent platforms is preferred Strong technical knowledge of power electronics, motor drives, and industrial communication protocols (e.g. Profibus, Profinet, Modbus) Working knowledge of TPM principles and ISO 9001 quality management systems Good command of both written and spoken Turkish & English Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem solving and root cause analysis (RCA) Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills JOB DESCRIPTION Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for electrical, electronic, and automation equipment Diagnose and resolve faults in PLCs, HMIs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), sensors, and industrial control systems Ensure maintenance and reliability of electrical panels, power distribution systems, motors, and instrumentation equipment Monitor and analyse equipment performance indicators, including MTBF, MTTR, and OEE, and lead continuous improvement initiatives Enhance maintenance practices in line with TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies Implement predictive maintenance techniques such as thermal imaging, energy analysis, and related condition-monitoring tools Manage spare parts and maintenance inventory to ensure optimal availability and cost efficiency Ensure full compliance with electrical safety standards, occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements, and applicable regulations Prepare, maintain, and update maintenance documentation, technical drawings, and performance reports Provide technical support during new investments, equipment upgrades, and commissioning activities Coordinate effectively with external service providers and supplier partners WHAT WE OFFER Global working environment To be part of dynamic Engineering Team Future oriented career opportunities in other Amcor plants all over the world Individual & professional development trainings Flexible working system 13 salaries per year Annual bonus Private health (includes children & spouse) & life insurance Bi-monthly shopping checks Employee assistance program MultiSport Card Social activities Education allowance Reward & recognition system
