About the Role Project Planning & Management Understand current finance process, understand the requirement from Tax/finance/Ops team and include them into ERP setting Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Coordinate with Finance team, cross-functional team and APAC regional for customization, issue resolution, and system integration. Stakeholder Communication Act as the primary point of contact for local teams and APAC Regional. Facilitate regular status meetings and provide timely project updates to stakeholders and executives. Risk & Issue Management Identify potential project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve problems effectively. Ensure compliance with SSP group processes, policies, and quality standards. Business Analysis & Requirements Management Evaluates, repairs, and standardizes raw datasets to ensure high reliability and usability for business operations. Work with Finance and other departments to gather, validate, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications for the ERP system. Monitor system usage, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and data accuracy. Change Management & Training Drive change management strategies to support successful ERP adoption. Coordinate user training, documentation, and support during and after go-live. Project Delivery Ensure the ERP solution is configured, tested, and implemented according to project plans. Oversee data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Combine the Month end closing process with new system, both Local and Group consolidation reporting (setup the mapping to OneStream
