Job Purpose The Program Management Intern will play an active role in supporting the Light Vehicle Driveline team within the GM/Stellantis Customer group. In this dynamic position, you will gain hands-on exposure across the full vehicle lifecycle, working closely with teams that bring innovative automotive solutions to market. You’ll build real-world experience in customer engagement, cross ‑ functional collaboration, and key commercial processes that drive success in the automotive industry. Job Duties and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: The main responsibility of this position will be to assist in the completion of program management projects Support cross-functional communication for project-timing charts and schedules Participate in extended support of operations, quality, or engineering Ensure adequate resources are assigned; elevate deficiencies Act as Dana stakeholder contact for customer program inquiries Identify program risks and develop contingency plans Work with project activities, publish minutes/tasks, follow up on open issues Education and Qualifications Education and Experience Requirements: Enrolled in degreed program in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Sales, Engineering or Business Program Previous co-op within automotive industry or Dana is a plus Passion for program management Skills Required Skills, Abilities, and Attributes: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Effective listening and cross-functional communication abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast ‑ paced environment. Capable of performing duties with limited supervision Willingness to travel if necessary Self-directed, motivated, excellent organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with all levels Benefits Benefits: Paid internship experience.
