About this role
Your Key Responsibilities: -Understand customer technical inputs, incl. SOR, DV requirements, project requirements, etc. -Support system requirements break-down, and lead EM, resolver, NTC, pump, oil cooler and other EM subsystem components requirements development. -Lead supplier management about technical issues -Responsible for design review with supplier solution and internal design -Leading EM integration topics, and trouble-shooting. -Customer support and on-site support with quick response for technical issues -Coordination between higher level system team and dedicated emotor products team. -Planning, implementation and continuous optimization of drive measurement procedures in compliance with the quality and deadline specifications of internal and external customers -Documentation, presentation, planning and explanation of measurement methods and results for internal and external customers -Support of simulation teams in the validation of simulation models -Support in the preparation of training materials and user documentation -Experience in commercial vehicles is preferred. Your Qualifications: -Study of Power Electronics, Electrical engineering, Automation, Mechanical engineering with a Master, Dipl.-Ing. or Dr.-Ing. (PhD)- degree -In-depth knowledge of electrical motors, incl. electromagnetic design, mechanical design & simulation, and EM key materials & manufacture processes with preferred working experience over 3 years. -Knowledge on thermal, NVH and inverter integration, calibration is a plus. -Ability and experience in plausibilization of measurement results -Preferably experience in solving test tasks in different system domains within multiple projects -Outstanding analytical and communicative skills -Willingness to work for extra mile and good ownership mindset. -Organisational skill and creativity -Language skills: very good English skills, German is a plus.
