Position Purpose : Lead a Multidisciplinary & Senior design team to support processes and smoothen engineering challenges.Provide technical support to designers through engineering change/release process and oversee Master schedule in Advance to meet Aircraft engineering milestones.Support and coordinate engineering specific initiatives intended to measure and/or improve quality, on time deliveries & assigned budget to make sure they are all implemented and standardized. Job Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: Lead Department improvements and projects . Suggests annual department objectives . High complexity tasks projects . High performance expectation . Leads team of people and coordinates with external contacts. Mature- Senior employee supervision . Formal teams, mentor training. Perform other duties as assigned. Other Requirements: Supervision to ensure target. Decision and problem solution with medium to high rick, may affect deparment/section/area objectives. Needs judgement and creativity to make changes. People skills, team work, communication skills, external negotiations. Advanced English level: spoken and written. Frequent participation in presentations and negotiations.
