Manage and localize BMW and MINI digital content, including website updates, product information, and customer communications. Ensure quality and performance of digital channels through content maintenance, reporting, and issue resolution. Coordinate customer and internal events, meetings, and marketing activities in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Drive customer experience and satisfaction initiatives across BMW and MINI, supporting dealers and relevant business functions. Support administrative processes and business system implementations, including testing, invoicing and operational coordination. What should you bring along? University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or comparable professional experience. Experience in digital marketing, content management, customer experience, event coordination, or project management. Technical qualifications: Content management systems, digital marketing tools, data reporting, and Microsoft Office applications. Fluency in Bulgarian and in English, both written and spoken. Strong communication and organizational skills, customer focus, attention to detail, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving. What we offer at BMW Bulgaria?
