Position Summary Own Origin Planning execution for the Inbound Hub LAM, connecting data, systems, and stakeholder coordination to drive origin readiness, inbound availability, and market delivery priorities. This role is responsible for transforming visibility into action through data management, operational follow-up, exception handling, risk escalation, and cross-functional collaboration. A strong analytical mindset, system agility, and execution discipline are critical for success. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence Maintain and validate origin planning data across systems, trackers, and Power BI reports. Update daily dashboards and visibility tools with shipment, PO, consolidation, and exception information. Identify and act on overdue items, volume deviations, SLA gaps, and shipment risks. Support KPI governance and performance reviews with accurate operational data. Resolve data quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders. Origin Planning & Continuous Improvement Execute daily PO follow-up, consolidation monitoring, campaign/HLD prioritization, and exception management. Coordinate with factories, carriers, freight forwarders, Order Fulfillment, and Product Supply teams to mitigate delays. Monitor 3PL SLA performance and escalate recurring service issues. Track shipment readiness, booking execution, loading plans, and key origin milestones. Document root causes and corrective actions to improve reliability and performance. Stakeholder Collaboration Communicate execution updates, risks, and opportunities to regional and cross-functional partners. Support decision-making through data-driven insights and actionable recommendations. Ensure timely closure of operational gaps and agreed action plans. Leverage Power BI, Lakehouse, Databricks, and operational reports to enhance visibility and reduce manual effort. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong analytical and data-driven mindset. Experience with Power BI, dashboards, reporting, and operational tracking tools. Ability to work across multiple systems and validate data accuracy. Proactive problem solver with strong ownership and execution focus. Supply chain, logistics, analytics, planning, or process improvement experience preferred. Familiarity with SAP AFS, Infor Nexus, Lakehouse, and Databricks is a plus. Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented and results-driven. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, analytics, planning, reporting, or process improvement. Experience using data and reporting tools to monitor performance and drive actions. Power BI reporting and dashboard experience highly preferred. Fluent in English (written and verbal); Spanish required.
